You will need to submit your completed voter roll by 5pm, Tuesday 21 May 2025 (AEST).

Further, please note that as of 29 April 2025, there have been changes to the application for the Worker Retention Payment.
What to expect:
A new, streamlined application form and assessment process was launched on 29 April 2025
The department have worked to make the interface and instructions clearer for providers whilst applying.
Applicants will now not need to provide information that is already held in the Child Care Subsidy System
If you’ve already applied:
Your application will move to the new system and you don’t need to take any action.
At times, the system may experience slow performance, lag, or temporary unavailability.
